First Light Travel helped me plan my sabbatical vacation to New Zealand. I didn't have time to research and plan my trip. I was on the internet trying figure out what I was going to do in New Zealand and happened upon their website by chance. We chatted and then we spoke on the phone. From the minute I got in touch with them, their travel consultant Michelle Srzich quickly responded to me and I was able to swiftly plan my holiday out. They also recommended me certain activities in each place that I could do. What was even more impressive was the value added service that was provided while I was in New Zealand itself. I got in touch with Michelle the day before the storm was scheduled to hit and she managed to change my itinerary around at such speed so that we would not be right at the forefront of the storm. I thought this was really impressive service and I am very grateful to her and First Light Travel for that. Many companies might not even do this much for the customer at such short notice. Clearly, their customer focus is of utmost importance to them and this is why I will always recommend them to anyone who wants to visit New Zealand. I really loved the country and we found that people were really friendly and helpful. I wish Michelle and First Light Travel all the best. New Zealand is a wonderful country and I know for sure I will be back again and again!
