We find that kids aged between 8 -14 are eager to get out and connect with nature and keen for opportunities to actively engage in anything new and exciting. We have put together a host of tried and tested (by our kids) outdoor experiences that the whole family can enjoy.

If your teens are happy, then everyone’s happy! These guys are often enthusiastic travelers but their interests and schedules aren't often aligned with their younger siblings or parents - right. We have wrestled with the 'sleep in' and mosey to around noon scenario so we have thrown in some inspirational incentives to get them out and about.

For adventurers on a tight time-budget, this 15-day trip includes all the must-sees of both islands such as Coromandel's gorgeous beaches, a traditional Maori village, Kaikoura Peninsula where you can see native wildlife unique to New Zealand as well as a visit to the adventure capital of the world, Queenstown.
