It’s been some time since we’ve been back, but I had forgotten to reach out to thank you! Our trip was amazing! All the plans were easy to follow and our trip went very smoothly.

We were very lucky that we had good weather for the (absolutely amazing) glacier hike, and I’m especially grateful for the suggestion to travel to Punakaiki for the glow worm cave tour, since we enjoyed that so much! I attached a couple pictures of our adventure.

I cannot tell you how overly pleased we were with First Light Travel! Simply exceptional, and I would most strongly recommend FLT for any trip to New Zealand and Australia. We would approach a tour or a hotel or an activity, produce the voucher FLT had prepared for us and others around us would ask “Where did you get those vouchers?” We would respond, “First Light Travel” People would look at us with envy with the ease of our registration at the various hotels and entrance to the attractions. First of all, I would like to commend Our travel specialist Christine Goodger for doing such a great job in arranging our itinerary & putting up with several revisions on our itinerary. Her patience & sense of urgency are very impressive. She responded to our queries quickly & comprehensively. She also gave good suggestions which was a great help in organizing our itinerary. Andrew & Frank were both very courteous & approachable. They both helped us load & unload our luggages without being asked to do so. Andrew always took the tour vouchers from us & processed our attraction tickets so entrance to the attraction was a breeze. Frank was very knowledgeable about each attraction’s history & information. He also took us to places where we can try the best tasting salmon, kiwi, chocolates, manuka honey, & the yummy mixed berries real fruit ice cream! Overall, we had an amazing tour of New Zealand, so we’ll definitely be back!

This is the third time we associated ourselves with First Light Travel for our holidays and the second time with our wonderful travel agent Amelia. When we think of holidaying in New Zealand and around, we can't think of opting for anything else but First Light. My first holiday with them in the was in the south island, in 2012 in peak summer, then it was Fiji in 2016 and now the south island again in Autumn 2019 and all have been fantastic. Amelia did a superb job in organizing our holiday and has been very understanding & patient while dealing with us. Everything including the planning and organizing of the holiday has been commendable.

We would love to explore still more of New Zealand in the future and recommend First Light Travel for our holidays and anyone who wish to tour New Zealand. Cheers,
