I hope all is well.  I just wanted to take this time to say "THANK YOU!".  I appreciate the time and effort you put into setting up a fabulous trip.  It was the trip of a lifetime.  I appreciated every aspect of my travel and the places that I visited.  Accommodations were wonderful and each place I stayed was very comfortable.  It seems you put the package together in just the right way.  When I needed some time to rest, I had that in my schedule with having either the morning off before a tour or the afternoon/evening after a tour.  You made this vacation a breeze.  All I had to do is be where the itinerary said to be and the time indicated. 

Australia was wonderful, but New Zealand was spectacular.  New Zealand has to be one of the most beautiful countries I have ever visited.  I have memories that will be with me forever.  So thank you for all that you did to allow me to be able to have a beautiful experience.  It really pays to have someone who is familiar with the countries you are touring to put something together based on your interests.  You listened to what I wanted and delivered.  I have already recommended you to a colleague who is interested in traveling to Australia and New Zealand.  I will continue to recommend you to anyone I know that ask about Australia and/or New Zealand.  You definitely have one completely satisfied customer in me.  Thank you again.   With great regard.

We received your email and will be posting some reviews, but I wanted to let you know how very much we enjoyed our trip!!! Honestly, you would not believe how many times we thanked our lucky stars for you and your amazing itinerary! There is no way we could have planned such a perfect experience on our own.

We loved loved loved the House With No Nails, the darling hostess and yummy breakfast and the views out the windows at the vast green meadows.  It seemed so wrong to drive away after just one night:) We loved Hobbiton and the evening feast, that was simply magical, and we made lifelong friends as we relaxed and enjoyed that evening.

We loved the Pancake Rocks and the flight trip to Mt. Cook, and the Lord of The Rings tour.  We enjoyed all the driving, criss crossing across the country to see and discover what New Zealand is like. We really felt like you were so skilled in knowing what we would want to see and do, and in arranging every step for us so that we were able to enjoy it all stress free.  I even did ok driving on the left side of the road!! It was actually fun.

So thank you dear Sofie, for a wonderful experience.  We will be raving about you and First Light for years!

First Light Travel was hands down the best company that I have ever worked with! They were so accommodating to every email. They called me several times on their dime just to get to know me and my holiday desires better. They worked with me countless hours to develop the perfect itinerary. Their services didn't cost us a penny! They even mailed us our itineraries in addition to emailing them and had a bag of maps for us at our accommodation in case our GPS didn't work. If you are going to Australia or New Zealand, and you don't use First Light Travel, you are nuts.

We got in touch with First Light travel in early 2019 as we were planning our trip to NZ around April and got assigned to our very own travel consultant- 'Deb Evans'.

I must admit we were very indecisive on the dates since the very beginning as we had a lot of changes happening on the professional front due to which we couldn't commit ourselves fully to the trip. Deb, however, was always patient and easily reachable to modify our trip and itinerary from previously an Autumn time itinerary to a Winter/Spring itinerary based on our requirements.

We finally visited NZ in Sept, 2019 and oh how the entire trip which lasted 16 days went like a breeze!! Everything was planned perfectly even though our requests were very last minute and all our requests to modify the stay/itinerary were handled and accommodated.

The hotels were beautiful with perfect locations and FLT also sent us a detailed itinerary with some places of interests around the area we were put up at which helped us enjoy and explore the surroundings better. Also, the fact that First Light travel guys were just a call away 24x7 - that was super comforting!

We would really like to thank Deb & First light travel for giving us our picture perfect getaway and are sharing a pic with you all which just depicts 5% of the fun we had on our 16 day trip to Kiwi Land!!

We did have some trouble (hospital stay, road closure) but we had Judith! She arranged everything perfectly for us. We didn't have to worry about booking changes. I highly recommend Judith if you have NZ travel plans!

As a seventy year old couple we had always planned our own trips. Our experience with you at First Flight Travel was exceptional. We could not have images a better adventure, experience which were “up close and personal” with the people, the culture and magnificent land of New Zealand!

As our first experience working with someone, you were always patient, knowledgeable and accomplish the results excessing our expectations! You identified unique experiences such as the Tram Restaurant in Christchurch and the PurePod, all glass cabin, in the mid of nothing but incredible landscape! These experiences coupled with the Paragliding at over 4,000 feet are memories we will never forget.

As a traveler we usually have some idea of what we want to see when we explore a new country but your attention to detail, your ability to understand what we needed and wanted was exceptional, thank you Sofie!

Throughout the trip if needed, you were always there. I would encourage anyone to work with an agent within the country they are visiting because the details are truly reflective by your knowledge, insights and extraordinary skills which can only come from living in a country.
