New Zealand Self Drive Tour Reviews

My travel to New Zealand was not a standard one because I had quite some wishes and also wanted to include a horse riding holiday in it. Surfing the internet to find a company that could realise all this I came across First Light Travel. And Judith Pohn! What a relief to find out that there are still people like her to fulfill your wishes! It took some emails back and forth but eventually she composed the perfect trip for me. Thanks to First Light Travel and Judith my 6 weeks in New Zealand run really smoothly and left me with an unforgettable memory of the country! I can highly recommend both her and FLT!

This trip is one for the books! Christine made sure that we are able to enjoy and maximize our 8-day vacation to the wonderful places in South Island, NZ. We only contacted her 2 weeks prior our trip but she was able to quickly come up with an Itinerary and was very patient with our questions and requested adjustments with our IT given the very short timing. She was also quick to respond on our emails and gave tips on some of our concerns. We'll definitely contact them again on our next visit to New Zealand. Appreciate all the help!

You could not have ordered better weather the whole time! Having just the rain/wind at Mt. cook means we were just plain lucky I think. Besides our time with Mike and Sally, my favorite evening was Lake Tekapo. The stars were amazing and our B&B was special! I was proud I managed the hike above Queenstown -Ben Lomond, saddle (that was high enough) and wow! Milford Sound! ... hmmmm transalpine special and we did hook up with friends in Christchurch. I guess I shouldn’t try to pick favorites - all wonderful!
