Course Details: This 18 hole championship golf course, won the Luxury Travel Magazine’s 2011 Gold List Award for the best overall golf resort in the world. It has been designed to suit all players and there are 5 tee options to choose from. Club tees for both ladies and men measure 4450 meters (4866 yards) and 5410 meters (5916 yards) and professional tee for the longer hitters.

Majestic Milford Sound Cruise

No visit to Queenstown is complete without a pilgrimage to the "Eighth Natural Wonder Of the World": Milford Sound. Leave the car at home and take a relaxing luxury coach trip deep into the heart of Fiordland National Park.

Along the journey, keep your camera close by: there are scenic wonders waiting to be snapped. The stunning Mirror Lakes, the glacier-formed Eglinton Valley, the waterfalls and rapids of The Chasm, and iconic Mitre Peak are some of the many highlights.

Arriving in Milford you will board your purpose built cruise vessel and sail the length of the Sound. Marvel at the gigantic waterfalls cascading into the sea, and the towering glacier-scarred rock walls around you. Dolphins, penguins and seals are regularly visit Milford Sound, so keep your eyes peeled.

Queenstown Golf Club

The Queenstown Golf Club has been described as one of the most picturesque golf courses in the world. Located on the Kelvi Heights peninsula, surrounded by the crystal clear waters of theLake Wakatipu you will see why it is difficult to keep your head down! It is a Par 72 course for the men and 73 for the ladies. The blue tees measure 6,103 metres and have a slope rating of 132. The white tees measure 5,840 metres and have a slope rating of 128. The women's yellow tees measure 5,141 metres and have a slope rating of 122.

Jacks Point Course

Jacks Point is bound by the Remarkables mountain range and beautiful Lake Wakatipu., the course weaves through native tussock grasslands where dramatic rock outcrops sit beside steep bluffs and native bush runs right to the edge of the Lake. The course is environmentally designed to work with nature and not against it, the fairways were designed with the minimal possible excavation and plantings to compliment the natural environment have worked to make the course look very natural. The course works with nature, not against it. Designed with minimal excavation, the 6538 metre (7150 yard) course is built on the most spectacular of Jack's Point terrain, weaving through tussock grasslands, dramatic rock outcrops, steep bluffs and swathes of native bush to the edge of Lake Wakatipu.

There is a bounty of beauty on offer in Queenstown, whether you want to head for the skies on a scenic flight or head out for a drive around the Lake to Glenorchy township, renowned as one of the top eight scenic drives in the world, the spectacular lakeside road from Queenstown to Glenorchy takes you into Lord of the Rings country. Enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Wakatipu, snowcapped mountains, pristine lakes and rivers, and national parks.

Arrowtown Favourites: Visit the Lakes District Museum and the Chinese Settlement in Arrowtown to get an insight into how the people lived their life during the gold rush. Hire a gold pan and try your hand at gold panning in the Arrow River. Check out the great walking and biking tracks around Arrowtown.

There are plenty of bike hire options around town offering from basic bikes to high specs downhill mountain bikes and e-bikes. Queenstown is host to epic (and free) downhill mountain bike trails, such as Wynyard Park and 7 Mile.
