We had an awesome time in New Zealand and it is a pity to be back home again. Feeling homesick about a country that is not our 'home'.... Be sure we will be back. Thank you Judith for your care and concern.

We had an absolutely amazing vacation in New Zealand. It's hard to imagine planning a more exciting trip in the future. We had a really great trip and a lot of it was due to Suzies knowledge of New Zealand and her ability to customize our particular requirements. The pace of our trip turned out to be perfect as we covered a lot of ground in a very short period of time but didn't feel rushed.

She was available when we ran into trouble due to illness and an act of God. She went out of her way to help us out and to work refund issues with one of the tour operators. She was of immense help in rejigging when the Milford Road was closed and through phone calls and emails guided us as to replan our last two days in Fiordland. What could have been a huge disappointment turned out to be two of the best days of our trip. One can not underestimate the importance of the service provided by First Light once we began our tour.

All in all, a great and memorable trip. Thanks Suzie and First Light.

Shelley did a tremendous job, tailored our itinerary to fit our interests and booked the most beautiful B&B's and hotels for us to stay. The two weeks we spent in New Zealand exploring both islands will forever burn brightly in our memories! We enjoyed everything! Each activity was unique and the type of things we wanted to do. Not too many, not too busy, absolutely perfect!
