Jo gave an excellent service, a very good itinerary to meet our interests with great attention to detail and a personal touch. We loved the Bay of Islands bout trip, two forest walks with guides, Glow worm caves at Waitomo, Waimangu Volcanic Valley, Mount Cook and Tasman glacier bout trip, Southern Discoveries Milford Sound trip.

They also recommended me certain activities in each place that I could do. What was even more impressive was the value added service that was provided while I was in New Zealand itself. Unfortunately, I happened to be there at the time where Cyclone Gita was hitting the west coast and I had plans to drive up the coast during the exact period the storm hit. I got in touch with Michelle the day before the storm was scheduled to hit and she managed to change my itinerary around at such speed so that we would not be right at the forefront of the storm. I thought this was really impressive service and I am very grateful to her and First Light Travel for that. Many companies might not even do this much for the customer at such short notice. Clearly, their customer focus is of utmost importance to them and this is why I will always recommend them to anyone who wants to visit New Zealand. I really loved the country and we found that people were really friendly and helpful. I wish Michelle and First Light Travel all the best. New Zealand is a wonderful country and I know for sure I will be back again and again!
