We had a fantastic time in New Zealand! Now that we've been settling back into our new home, we've been reminiscing, looking at photos/videos, and wishing we were back! Thanks so much for all your help in the planning process! You were an incredible consultant - super patient, knowledgable, and wonderful to work with. We're already recommending you guys to family and friends if/when they come to New Zealand!

Our bucket list is nearly empty and needs to be rewritten!! What a fantastic trip we had through New Zealand and even a few days in Sydney Australia all organized for us by the amazing Shelley at First Light Travel Ltd. We were a little wary of trying to arrange our trip from Canada but fortunately followed up on a recommendation to try First Light. They were excellent. No "over-selling" of tours or locations as we worked through five adjustments to our trip until we were happy the itinerary was just right for us. Then the actual trip turned out to be even better than we hoped. Accommodations were right on with a mix of B&Bs and hotels that fitted in with the locations.The number days for our stays was just right and we never felt too rushed. Obviously First Light does a good job of vetting their recommendations too as we were greeted by friendly, helpful people at every turn. Brilliant vacation!!

We had a really wonderful holiday in your beautiful New Zealand. Although too short! We enjoyed all the places that we stayed at. The itinerary worked out really well and though there was a lot of driving we really got to see the country. The kayaking at Abel Tasman was certainly a high point. We were there on a particularly beautiful day. Wonderful guide as well. You certainly put a good trip together.

I recommend first light travel due to the personnel service you get and the reassuring feeling of having someone to ask questions. Also the professional service and help when something does go wrong. In my case I lost some travel money which was subsequently found and Jo from first light travel sorted out the return of the money to me.

Our consultant Amelia was really helpful and took care of all our needs and what we wanted to do. Since this was our first time to NZ and we wanted to cover both the island with limited amount of days , she carefully catered for it. She has no qualms and was happy to answer our queries every time we asked . With the day to day Iternary provided to us, it made our trip so easy and we had something to look forward to every morning .

It definitely took all the planning stress from us . I would recommend first light travel for anyone wanting to visit New Zealand
