This was to be a holiday of a lifetime and it lived up to its expectations. First Light Travel and their Consultant Michelle Srzich were brilliant. Great Itinerary, Accommodation and activities. No hitches or disappointments just plain sailing. We cannot recommend you enough we asked for variety of accommodation and that's what we got, All accommodation was first class.

Our trip was wonderful thanks to Chrissy at First Light Travel! She planned it all out based on what our interests were and we were able to do all of the things we had wanted to do, and see what we wanted to see. She had it all so planned out and organized for us. She answered all of our questions along the way and made changes to our itinerary as we talked to make sure we were well taken care of. Having it all pre-planned and paid made for a very stress-free vacation. We enjoyed it very much. Her “suggested activities” for each place we went to, were very helpful too.

I will personally recommend First Light Travel to anyone I know who intends to visit New Zealand. From the minute I got in touch with them, their travel consultant Michelle Srzich quickly responded to me and I was able to swiftly plan my holiday out. She personally took charge of booking all accommodations and activities for my partner and myself. Everything was swiftly booked within 3 days of me getting in touch with First Light Travel. They also recommended me certain activities in each place that I could do. What was even more impressive was the value added service that was provided while I was in New Zealand itself. Unfortunately, I happened to be there at the time where Cyclone Gita was hitting the west coast and I had plans to drive up the coast during the exact period the storm hit. I got in touch with Michelle the day before the storm was scheduled to hit and she managed to change my itinerary around at such speed so that we would not be right at the forefront of the storm. I thought this was really impressive service and I am very grateful to her and First Light Travel for that. Many companies might not even do this much for the customer at such short notice. Clearly, their customer focus is of utmost importance to them and this is why I will always recommend them to anyone who wants to visit New Zealand. I really loved the country and we found that people were really friendly and helpful. I wish Michelle and First Light Travel all the best. New Zealand is a wonderful country and I know for sure I will be back again and again!

My sister and I had the trip of a lifetime organised by First Light Travel which involves us driving around the South Island of New Zealand for a two week holiday. From the initial phone call and emails, the service I received was to the highest standard. We were in contact with Kasey Yee who couldn’t have been more helpful in planning the trip which was catered to our specific criteria. Within a few days of giving Kasey an idea of the type of trip we wanted (adventure holiday with sightseeing and not too many long hikes), she had organised the perfect itinerary for us. There was always the option to change anything that we weren’t happy with but we didn’t feel the need to change anything at all. Kasey made the whole process extremely easy for us and I couldn’t recommend this option enough if you are like us and didn’t want to spend months planning every fine detail of the holiday. Really had the best holiday and it couldn’t have been less hassle for us.
