First Light Travel has been great to work with! Shelley came to the rescue when another travel group failed us just a few weeks out from our planned departure. She was quick to respond and always willing to address any concerns or questions that I had. During the trip, everything went very smoothly and all the vendors and activities were very professional. I can't say enough about the service we recieved and would recommend the company and especially Shelley to anyone interested in travelling to this area of the globe!

I had a great time in New Zealand; travelling through flat plains, freshly snow-clad mountains, temperate rainforest, along the beautiful West Coast and beaches and over ancient mountains. We sailed under a waterfall in Milford Sound and saw cascades of water tumbling down cliffs after rainfall. The sights were wonderful to behold. I would most definitely recommend First Light Travel to my friends and family – thank you for a fantastic holiday!

I can't say enough good things about our travel agent with First Light Travel. We had a vacation of a lifetime. It was better than we expected and we give most of the credit to Amelia Riwai for her recommendations and the way she accommodated our requests. From the tropical forests to the glaciers all the scenery was magnificent, even the misty, cloudy days were beautiful. Being able to be so close to the native wildlife was great. It was almost as if you couldn't take a bad picture because everything was so beautiful.
