Reviews of 23 Day Pacific Explorer

My husband and I are experienced travelers and I typically do all the travel planning and booking for our international trips. We are comfortable with public transportation and negotiating our way around new cities. However, anything that I could have planned would not be in any way equivalent to the experience we enjoyed in our 3 1/2 week tour of Australia planned by FIRST LIGHT TRAVEL. Not only did they help us select tours and accommodations that we wouldn't have known about, but they were there when there was an unexpected change in itinerary or when we had any questions or concerns. I would recommend them to anyone who is traveling to Australia or New Zealand.

We just returned from the trip of a lifetime for 22 days in New Zealand, with a little Australia thrown in at the end. My wife Lynn and I had an absolutely incredible experience this past March, starting with trekking the Milford Track, then on to Australia, then back to New Zealand. The success of our trip was in very large part due to the amazing help and guidance given us by Miss Shelley Kirk; she is truly incredible! Not only did she put up with me for two years of planning and came up with the perfect itinerary, she really won our hearts when Lynn’s niece died very unexpectedly three days before our original departure. We needed to stay for the funeral, and Shelley did back flips to rearrange our trip, flights, boarding, etc. and truly saved the day. We love that gal!
