How to book

If you are ready to book your holiday just follow these simple steps:

1. Identify the tour and/or activities which appeal to you most.
2. Enquire with our expert consultants who will discuss your itinerary with you.
3. Once you have decided on your tour/itinerary, complete and sign our booking form below and return it to us with your deposit. You can either fax the booking form to us (+64 9 360 8321), or scan and email it to your travel consultant, but we must have a signed booking form to be able to confirm your travel arrangements.
4. On receipt of your booking form we prepare a comprehensive daily itinerary which includes dozens of suggested activities in each region, maps for your accommodation, specific details of your chosen activities and much more. We also provide free phone support while in New Zealand, so if you have any questions or concerns we’re just a phone call away. We encourage you to call us or arrange to meet with us so we talk you through your pending holiday. Subject to availability and feasibility your itinerary can still be tweaked and altered within reason. After all it is your holiday!
5. Tickets and vouchers can be collected on arrival, posted to your home address or sent electronically.

Deposits

A 20% deposit for your itinerary and full payment for any flights must be received before we can confirm your travel arrangements. Full payment for flights are required as flights are more susceptible to price changes due to exchange rate fluctuations. In most cases the full balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure.

Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and are subject to change. To our best endeavor, prices are correct when quoting. Should ground or airline costs increase, you will be required to pay any such increase prior to departure. Receipt of full payment will guarantee your holiday cost.

We strongly recommend that at the time of booking you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy.
